first_imgA Donegal man was fined €250 and banned from driving for being under the influence of cannabis while driving last year.Letterkenny court.Inspector John O’Toole told Letterkenny District Court that Damian Campbell, Killynure, Convoy was detected by Garda Patrick Geraghty at Raphoe Demesne on July 4 last year.
